1. What is Koti Saunas?
Koti Saunas is a tech-enabled self-serve sauna, for everyone to enjoy. Koti Saunas are designed to enjoy the sauna associated health benefits in luxury and comfort, whilst enjoying beautiful locations and views. All our saunas are conveniently located near boutique establishments so there is sufficient parking available, as well as a nice meal or drink before or after your sauna session.
2. How does the booking process work?
Simply select your preferred sauna location, choose a date and time, and complete your reservation. After booking, you will receive a unique access code via email, which allows you to unlock the sauna door at your scheduled time.
3. Do I need a membership to book a sauna?
No, you can book a sauna session as a one-time guest. However, some locations may offer membership or subscription options for frequent visitors. Please contact us at nosweat@kotisaunas.com to inquire for options.
4. Can I book a sauna for a group?
Yes, you can book a session for a group. Each sauna has a maximum capacity of 6 people for individual bookings, and 8 people for private group sessions.
5. How long is a typical sauna session?
Session durations vary by location, but most bookings are for 75 minutes. Check the details for your selected location during booking.
6. Where can I change?
All Koti Saunas have an onsite changing room, only accessible by using your unique door code. There are benches to sit on whilst changing, as well as a dressing curtain for additional privacy if required.
Booking & Payment
7. How do I pay for my booking?
Payments are made online at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Please use the BOOK NOW button on the website to go to the booking page.
8. Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, rescheduling and cancellation policies vary by location. You can manage your booking through your confirmation email.
9. What happens if I arrive late?
Your booking time is fixed, so arriving late may reduce your session duration. Refunds or extensions are not guaranteed for late arrivals. Equally, early arrivals will have to wait, as your unique door code will not work prior to the confirmed booking slot.
Access & Facilities
10. How do I access the sauna?
You will receive a unique access code via email, which you can use to unlock the sauna door at your booked time. Please, do not forget to keep the doors always closed to ensure you keep the heath inside. When leaving, please double check you have closed the door properly. The door will lock itself automatically.
11. What should I bring to my sauna session?
You should bring your own towels – one to sit on in the sauna, and one to use after the shower / plunge bucket, swimsuit, and water bottle. Some locations may provide additional amenities.
12. Are the saunas cleaned regularly?
Yes, all saunas are cleaned and maintained according to strict hygiene standards.

13. What if I have trouble accessing the sauna?
If you experience any issues, contact the support team via the intercom located next to the door or email provided in your booking confirmation (nosweat@kotisaunas.com).
14. Can I use the access code multiple times?
No, your access code is valid only for the duration of your booked session.
15. Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information.
16. Can I set up my own sauna with Koti Saunas?
Yes! Koti Saunas also provides an automation platform for sauna owners to manage bookings and smart door lock access. Contact us for more details.
