Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to your booking, a 50% refund of the total amount paid will be issued. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation are non-refundable. Please note that all refund requests must comply with applicable UK laws, and Koti Saunas reserves the right to process refunds in accordance with these regulations.

 

Changes to Bookings
You can modify your booking to a different location, date, or time up to 24 hours before your reservation. Please contact us promptly to facilitate any changes.

Sauna Rules
All visitors are required to adhere to the sauna rules (see below). Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without compensation. Disruptive behaviour, whether verbal or non-verbal, as well as intimate physical contact, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask individuals to leave if they are excessively intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or engaging in any inappropriate or sexual behaviour. Any actions that could damage the company’s reputation, including sexual activity, violence, or drug use, will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to report such incidents to the relevant authorities.

 

Liability
Using the sauna, swimming, and storing personal belongings in the changing room are done at your own risk. Koti Saunas is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of property of any kind. Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by intent or wilful negligence on the part of Koti Saunas.

Guests are collectively liable for any damage they cause to Koti Saunas or any third parties, including violations of house rules, damage to Koti Saunas’ property, or negligence when leaving the sauna. Koti Saunas reserves the right to recover any incurred costs, including repair and cleaning expenses, from the guests responsible for the damage.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, thereby waiving any claims against Koti Saunas for any incidents or damages that may arise during your visit.

 

Sauna Rules
We ask all visitors to follow a few simple rules:

  1. Wearing swimwear is mandatory.

    1. Nudity is not permitted

  2. If swimming at the premise is possible please note to never swim alone. Swimming is at your own risk!

  3. Use a towel on the sauna benches.

  4. No shoes in the sauna area.

  5. Staying in the sauna for NO LONGER than 20 minutes at a time (we recommend 5 - 15 minutes sessions)

    1. We recommend to step outside of the sauna in between sessions to allow your body to cool off - where available use the plunge buckets.

  6. Only use tap water in the sauna.

  7. Except for tap water, snacks and drinks must be purchased at the bar.

  8. Leave the sauna on time so the next group can start punctually!

  9. Leave the sauna neat and clean—just as you would like to find it.

  10. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the sauna.

  11. Any hanging jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning.

Guests who do not respect the sauna rules will be removed immediately without compensation.

Disclaimer 

Use of the sauna is done so at your own risk. We ask that you contact your GP if at all in doubt about safely using the sauna.

If any of the below apply to you (please note, this is not a comprehensive list) we advise you to seek your GP’s advice: -

  • If you're pregnant

  • If you've had a heart attack or stroke

  • If you're taking any medications

  • If you have cardiovascular conditions and/or problems

  • You have epilepsy

  • You have asthma or breathing conditions

  • High or low blood pressure

  • If you have arterial disease

  • If you have joint or muscle injury

When pouring water on the rocks, start from the point furthest away from you to prevent scalding.

Children of 18 years and under are permitted to use the Sauna, with an Adult Family Member/ Guardian present at ALL TIMES during the hire and use of the sauna.

If you are making a booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make all users aware of the terms and conditions and to practice safe sauna use, as well as making others aware of what to bring and other useful information.

We reserve the right to refuse administration for any reason that may be deemed a health and safety risk, Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.
